On this day .. 04/02/1996

An early start for a drive down to West Bexington on the Dorset coast was in order on this day 12 years ago. After what turned out to be a lengthy trudge along the shingle expanse, Brian, John and myself were soon enjoying excellent views of a superb Forster's Tern. The rest of the day was a bit of a non-event though. Dave Gray wasn't with us.

Yeah cos Dave went to see the Black-throated Thrush at Webheath again... he still needs Forster's Tern.

We wouldn't have had such a long slog had we gone to the right car park!
