Ectoedemia occultella
Here's the same (tenanted) mine that I posted last night, but photographed back-lit which shows it a whole lot better. As Dave Shenton commented, it's Ectoedemia occultella - a new one for me and the garden.
Skev, do you know of anywhere you can download an updated Bradley and Fletcher checklist? My paperback version is so out of date and I can't find anywhere on the web to access it. Cheers, Steve
Sorry Steve, no idea if available on-line. TBH the 2000 Bradley list is out of date anyway (hopefully being worked on for an update) but with the recently published books jumping the gun on systematics etc you may aswell go straight to the Fauna Europea: http://www.faunaeur.org/full_results.php?id=7
