Slender Brindle

Often when out trapping, the odd caterpillar finds it's way onto the sheet or into a trap, or is found when doing the rounds. I found one at Pickworth Great Wood on 7th June (National Moth Night) and identified it as Slender Brindle from memory. I brought it home and offered it grass but it almost immediately pupated. It emerged on Saturday 28th June and sure enought it was a nice Slender Brindle.
